Terms of Service — RecoverHVAC

1. Service Description

RecoverHVAC provides automated missed call SMS recovery, HVAC lead qualification, and revenue tracking services to HVAC contractors. The service is operated by Saami Abdul Samad.

2. Pilot Agreement

The $50 pilot setup fee covers one-time configuration of the system on your business phone number, including 30 days of active service. After the pilot period, continued service is billed at $150–$200/month, agreed upon before the pilot ends.

3. Contractor Responsibilities

By using RecoverHVAC, HVAC contractors agree to:

Provide accurate business information for system configuration
Use the system only for legitimate customer service communications
Honor opt-out requests from customers who reply STOP
Not use the system for unsolicited marketing or spam

4. SMS Messaging Compliance

All SMS messages sent through RecoverHVAC are customer care communications sent in direct response to a customer-initiated call. Contractors agree to comply with applicable telecommunications laws including the TCPA and Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Downtime due to Twilio, Supabase, or hosting providers is outside our control. We will notify contractors of planned maintenance.

6. Cancellation

Contractors may cancel at any time by emailing saamiabdulsamad@gmail.com. The $50 pilot setup fee is non-refundable. Monthly fees are not prorated upon cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

RecoverHVAC is not liable for missed leads, lost revenue, or damages arising from system downtime, SMS delivery failures, or customer non-response. The service is provided as-is.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Contractors will be notified via email 14 days before material changes take effect.
